  • مشخصات سیب خوب چیست؟

    میوه سیب باید دارای پوستی صاف، روشن و با رنگی شفاف بوده همچنین باید سفت و بدون لکه باشد. در نظر داشته باشید که سیبی که نسبت به اندازه خود، دارای وزن بیشتری است، از مرغوبیت بالاتری برخوردار خواهد بود. عطر سیب هم به عنوان یکی از پارامترهای مهم در تعیین کیفیت سیب به کار می رود که البته در مورد گونه های مختلف نیاز به تجربه کافی دارد.

  • خواص اصلی میوه سیب چیست؟

    سيب ميوه‌اي است سرشار از ويتامين‌هاي آ، گروه ب، ث و پتاسيم كه در درمان یا پيشگيري بسیاری از امراض، مفید شناخته شده است‌، به گونه ای که در بسیاری از فرهنگها آمده که، روزي يك سيب ميل كنيد و دكتر را از خود دور كنيد‌. خواص اصلی سیب به ترتیب زیر است:

    • حفظ طراوت و شادابی پوست و جلوگیری از خشکی پوست
    • تنظیم فشارخون و پایین آوردن فشار خون بالا
    • تقویت بهداشت دندان‌ها و لثه‌ها و از بین برنده بوی بد دهان
    • پیشگیری از بیماری نقرس و درد مفاصل
    • سیب از معدود مواد غذایی کاملا بدون کلسترول بوده و به کاهش میزان کلسترول خون کمک می کند.
    • سیب قند خون را پایین می آورد.
    • مصرف سیب به هضم کمک می کند.
    • سیب از ابتلا به انواع سرطان پیشگیری می کند.

  • دما و شرایط نگهداری سیب به چه صورت است ؟

    بهترین دمای نگهداری و انبارداری سیب بستگی به نوع و گونه آن دارد ولی برای تمام انواع سیب این دما در محدوده ۱- تا ۴+ درجه سانتیگراد است.
